Each ball is hand-stretched, creating a smooth, delicate skin that houses an incredibly soft, moist interior. When cut, it releases a subtle, milky aroma. It is a fresh, “pasta filata” (spun-paste) cheese, traditionally produced to deliver a delicate yet distinctly richer taste than regular mozzarella.
